History of Our Centers & Fleet
in 2021 we open our dive center at maldives best house Reef!
Ever since, the Sub Oceanic Dive Center at Le Meridien Maldives provides world class Scuba Diving in Lhaviyani Atoll.
Together with the Resorts’ Developer we were able to contribute our practical knowledge for Scuba Diving and Water Sports already during the construction of the Resort.
For that reason our Dive & Water Sports Centers are the most functional ones in the Maldives. That allows to provide our guest the best possible comfort and service. Our boats for instance, departs less than 10 Meters from our SSI Dive Center counter away!
Our highly rated Dive Center is located directly on the arrival jetty. From our Dive Center, it is less than a minute boat ride to Maldives most beautiful House Reef.
Located on the southern edge of Lhaviyani Atoll, Le Meridien Maldives is the ideal starting point for unforgettable marine encounters. A huge amount of Turtles and Maldives biggest Dolphin population are only minutes aways!
water Sports at Le Meridien
The Water Sports Center at Le Meridien was set up by our local Team Leader Nuttey. The Center is located next to Velaa Restaurant and Bar. It is just one step away from the lagoon, the main pool and the fantastic House Reef.
With the eye for details combined with local handcrafting talent, the Water Sports Center at Le Meridien is not only functional. It is also stunningly beautiful!
Our Marine Center at Le Meridien is situated between the Kids Club and Riviera Bar. From the Marine Center, guests can access the biologically important Mangroves of Lhaviyani Atoll.
The highlight of the Marine Center is a 3 meter Whale bone!
