Pictures have been provided by the resorts (Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi, Le Méridien Maldives), Sub Oceanic staff and Sven Peks. Any utilization of images or pictorial concepts requires prior written approval by Sub Oceanic. In the event of unauthorized utilization of pictorial material, a minimum fee in the amount of five times the customary utilization fee shall be payable. Further claims for damage compensation shall be reserved. All offers, deliveries and granting of rights to the use of images shall be exclusively subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sub Oceanic.
