Discover Scuba Diving

Everyone can dive from 8 to 88!

The Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) program is for all of you who want to take first steps (or rather fin kicks) under water with safe instruction.
We will teach you the basic safety guidelines and skills of our beloved sport. After an exciting boat ride which is often joined by dolphins, you will go on your first dive on one of our beautiful reefs. You will be accompanied by a qualified instructor to a maximum depth of 12 meters. You want to have photographic evidence? Let us know!
If you liked your first diving experience and want to continue, no problem. The dive also counts towards a certification course.

Your child is in between 8 and 10 years old?
That does not stop him/her from being able to dive! Give your kids a glimpse into the scuba diving lifestyle and set them on a path to becoming a future diver.
The PADI Bubblemaker program is as fun as it sounds. Kids have the unique chance to blow their first bubbles under water. They will learn how to use basic scuba gear in a safe and effective way and go on a dive to a shallow depth in a controlled environment.
Diving comes natural to kids and they won’t stop talking about that first time they found Nemo.

PADI Beginner Courses

Ready to take the plunge? If you’ve always wanted to throw yourself beneath the ocean’s surface, this is where it starts.
Get your first entry level scuba certification with the PADI Open Water Diver (OWD) – the worlds most popular scuba course. Millions of people have learned to dive through this course and you will too! We will teach you theory, practise the necessary skills in a pool and more importantly go on four awesome dives to different dive sites in our beautiful atoll. With a bit of luck you will see that manta ray that many people come here for. You can complete the program in 3 days. To enrol you must be 10 years or older and in good physical health. You loved your Discover Dive but don’t have the time to finish the
full Open Water Course? We can make it happen with the PADI Scuba Diver. Just talk to us.

PADI Continuing Education

Advanced Open Water

Explore – Experience – Enjoy! That is what the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (AOWD) is all about. You don’t have to be advanced to take it – it is designed to advance your diving. The course helps you to build confidence through five different adventure dives – each one under a different motto. Two of those dives are mandatory (deep and
navigation dive). You can chose the other three according to your own interest. You have the choice: Night, drift, shark, wreck dive, u/w naturalist, fish-ID, u/w photography and many more. There is no final exam and the course can be completed in 2-3 days.

Specialty Programs

All Adventure Dives from the AOWD course credit towards the first dive of the corresponding PADI Specialty Diver Course. The Specialties teach you new techniques and give you the tools to enhance your exploration. You don’t have to have the Advanced
rating to enrol in a Specialty. They are separate courses concentrating on specific aspects of diving. The courses usually take 1-2 days. If you are really only interested in Deep or Wreck Diving then the Specialty is more for you. Ask us about more choices.

You would like to take it further?

You can! We conduct PADI Rescue and EFR Courses to those wanting to learn to prevent and manage problems in the water. If you would like to start a professional career as a diver ask us about a Dive Master Course.
